great service but needs better amenities

Great stay with solid breakfast

Had a chill 7 nights. Breakfast was on point with lots of choices! Staff was super helpful, gave me maps for the area which was nice. Room was clean, but the bathroom could use a bit of a facelift. Overall, a good experience for the price.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night. The location was perfect for moving my son into Miami University. Breakfast options were impressive, with many choices like waffles, pastries, and fresh fruits. Staff were courteous and friendly at check-in. Unfortunately, there were a few issues. We found a missing shower curtain, which made morning routines messy. There were also some missing items in our room that made our stay less comfortable. Although the pool looked inviting, we didn't have time to enjoy it fully. The building lacks an elevator, making it challenging for those on the second floor.

i had a wonderful 7-night stay at best western. the breakfast bar was fantastic, with plenty of choices. the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and they even gave me maps of the area. the indoor pool was a nice touch too!
